Reservations Assistant Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Reservations Assistant Manager to lead its reservations team and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role combines operational oversight with revenue optimisation in a world‑class luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external service quality and commercial performance in line with Reservations KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Hotel Operations to maximise revenue opportunities and reduce inefficiencies.
• Supervise daily, weekly and monthly tasks covering reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate revenue, finance and guest‑experience risks to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Keep the department updated on property information, service offerings, new rates and selling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years of experience in a reservations supervisory role or similar hospitality position.
• Revenue Management qualification is desirable.
• Strong leadership abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
