Resort Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Accor Plus is seeking a visionary Resort Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing function of its luxury resort in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the executive team, you will shape the resort’s market positioning and drive revenue growth in a fast‑expanding tourism market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead, coach and motivate a high‑performing sales and marketing team to meet ambitious targets.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and performance metrics for all sales and marketing activities.
• Identify new market opportunities, focusing on luxury travel and tourism across the Middle East.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7‑10+ years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality sector, preferably luxury resorts.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern tourism market.
