About the role
IHG is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across its restaurant venues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including market and competitor analysis, P&L monitoring, productivity and cost control.
- Develop and execute a promotions calendar for food & beverage products while pursuing cost‑saving initiatives.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training, pre‑meal briefings, and performance reviews; foster employee engagement and uphold grooming standards.
- Supervise courteous service, maintain brand standards, manage guest databases, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Implement quality‑assurance programs, fire and safety compliance, and standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Arabic speaker with a degree or certification in Hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, including pre‑opening operations.
- Fluent in English and comfortable using MS Office and the Internet.
