Retail Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Brick is expanding its service team and is looking for enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Representatives. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in a vibrant store environment, helping customers with inquiries, orders, and solutions while promoting loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs.
• Promote customer loyalty by delivering exceptional support.
• Review and follow up on daily order reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service focus.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
