Retail District Manager

About the role

Mango is seeking an experienced and energetic District Retail Manager to lead franchise operations across the Middle East. The role focuses on driving sales growth, optimizing product and merchandising strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Mango’s global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase sales across franchise stores.
• Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract agreements, brand image, and operational standards.
• Lead product management and merchandising execution, supporting wholesale partners for sustainable growth.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the primary liaison with Mango HQ.
• Coordinate training programs for store teams and support people‑focused processes.
• Maintain high service standards and integrate omnichannel retail operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of store management and retail experience.
• At least 2 years of district‑level management experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East with a valid residence and work permit.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of local customer profiles and market dynamics.
