Join LICHI, a fast‑growing women’s clothing brand, as a Retail Sales Assistant in a flagship store at The Mall of Arabia. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover fashion that fits their style while contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and exceeding shopper needs.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, enthusiastic engagement, and effective selling techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store attractive and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Process transactions efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
