Retail Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

We are a leading gifting and celebration brand expanding into Saudi Arabia. We seek a hands‑on Retail Sales & Operations Manager to launch and grow our retail and eCommerce presence across the Kingdom. You will combine sales, key‑account management, merchandising and operational coordination to build a strong market foothold.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with supermarkets, retailers and eCommerce marketplaces.
• Act as the primary contact for retail buyers, category managers and procurement teams.
• Conduct regular store, warehouse and depot visits to ensure correct deliveries, merchandising and stock levels.
• Identify, approach and negotiate with new retailers to secure product listings.
• Support seasonal product launches, promotions and range changes.
• Monitor account performance and resolve operational or commercial issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in retail sales, key‑account or eCommerce management.
• Commercially ambitious and comfortable meeting senior retail buyers.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to inspect stock, set up displays and travel across Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
