About the role

As a Retail Store Manager at Apple, you will lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will actively engage with both customers and team members throughout the store to meet performance goals and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and empower each team member to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers, modeling best practices.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals through operational strategies.
• Maintain company policies, protect assets, and handle confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to exceed goals, follow through on commitments, and build trust.
• Strong decision‑making skills using analytics, experience, and judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
