Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant

About the role

The Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant provides deep functional expertise to help customers modernise their retail and logistics operations. Working across business development, presales and delivery teams, the consultant guides the design and adoption of digital solutions that improve efficiency, visibility and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Offer subject‑matter expertise on retail, supply‑chain, warehousing, transportation and fulfillment processes during customer engagements.
• Advise clients on operational challenges and recommend digital technologies to optimise processes and increase resilience.
• Support business‑development and presales activities by contributing domain knowledge in meetings, workshops and proposal development.
• Translate customer requirements into practical digital and enterprise‑technology solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design customer‑centric solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop use cases for inventory optimisation, demand planning, warehouse and transportation management, last‑mile logistics and predictive analytics.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, digital twins, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, robotics and IoT and propose their integration.
• Participate in workshops, operational assessments and digital‑maturity evaluations to identify transformation opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in retail, supply‑chain, logistics or related operational domains.
• Proven ability to advise customers on process optimisation and digital transformation.
• Strong collaboration skills with business‑development, presales, product, technology and delivery teams.
• Capability to translate business needs into concrete solution designs.
