Return Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Return Officer to join our operations team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end process for returned items, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, and system updates while coordinating closely with warehouse, inventory, QA and returns teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned items, quantities and accompanying documents.
• Inspect, classify and record the condition of each returned product.
• Update return transactions accurately in the company system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, QA and Returns teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all return activities.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures throughout the return handling process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
