Revenue and Reservations Manager

About the role

The Revenue & Reservations Manager drives the hotel's commercial performance by overseeing revenue management, pricing optimisation, and reservations operations. Working closely with Sales, Front Office, Marketing and Finance, the role ensures accurate forecasting, effective distribution, and exceptional guest reservation experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and overall hotel revenue.
• Analyse historical data, booking trends, market demand and competitor activity to optimise pricing across all channels.
• Manage dynamic pricing, inventory allocation, over‑booking strategies and group business opportunities.
• Maintain rate parity and oversee all OTA, GDS, brand and direct booking platforms.
• Lead daily reservations operations, ensuring accurate bookings, confirmations, room blocks, allotments and special requests.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to create promotional offers, evaluate group quotations and support corporate negotiations.
• Prepare demand forecasts, business projections and present revenue recommendations to the Executive Committee.
