Revenue Manager – Hotel

About the role

Grand Hyatt is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue management for the new Hyatt Place AlUla hotel. You will shape pricing, segmentation and forecasting strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue and market share for this 214‑room property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across pricing, segmentation, inventory and distribution.
• Produce accurate short‑ and long‑term revenue forecasts to support daily operations, monthly reviews and annual budgeting.
• Analyse performance of revenue initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to hotel leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, events and group teams to align commercial strategies and optimise total hotel revenue, including rooms and F&B.
• Lead daily business review meetings and guide exceptions to booking guidelines.
• Ensure effective use and ongoing auditing of Hyatt revenue management systems (PRIO, Reserve).
• Partner with front‑office teams on upselling, sell‑out management and no‑show/cancellation strategies.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends, delivering actionable market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of revenue management experience in hospitality.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence commercial decisions.
