Revenue Manager – MEA

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation across its hotel portfolio in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Based in Jeddah, you will work with a global team to maximise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy while delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain revenue management strategies for multiple hotel properties in the MEA region.
• Analyse market trends, economic indicators and competitor activity to forecast demand and adjust pricing.
• Oversee inventory distribution across direct channels and third‑party platforms, ensuring an optimal balance.
• Manage third‑party distribution strategy and monitor performance.
• Conduct daily pick‑up analysis, adjust strategies as needed and produce regular performance reports.
• Set and adjust room rates, packages and promotions in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue initiatives.
