About the role

The Revenue Manager for the MEA region, based in Jeddah, will lead revenue management and distribution strategies across several hotel properties. The role focuses on maximising RevPAR, ADR and occupancy while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency throughout the Middle East and Africa markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive revenue management strategies for multiple hotels in the MEA region.
  • Analyse market trends, economic indicators and competitor activity to forecast demand and adjust pricing.
  • Oversee inventory management across all distribution channels, balancing direct bookings with third‑party platforms.
  • Conduct daily pick‑up analysis, adjust strategies and produce regular performance reports.
  • Set and modify pricing for different markets and segments to drive revenue.
  • Prepare detailed revenue forecasts and rolling demand calendars for each property and the cluster.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date website booking processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and guest expectations.
  • Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operators, corporate, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations and finance teams to align revenue strategies.
  • Build relationships with tourism boards and industry associations to identify new revenue opportunities, especially in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi‑property responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to improve key performance indicators.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
