Risk Analyst (AlUla)

About the role

Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Analyst to join its AlUla office in Saudi Arabia. You will work across multiple business functions to identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses of business operations.
• Plan and execute quantitative schedule and cost risk analyses (QSRAs, QCRAs) using project schedules, cost estimates and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Manage risk registers, breakdown structures, qualitative and quantitative models, dashboards and mitigation tracking.
• Develop cost and schedule risk models in Excel with Palisade @RISK and Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Analyze financial data and business metrics to evaluate risk exposure and trends.
• Create detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to recommend mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with risk modeling tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
