Risk Analyst – Project & Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The Risk Analyst supports the implementation and maintenance of project and enterprise risk management processes across engineering and project delivery assignments. The role involves maintaining risk registers, facilitating identification workshops, monitoring mitigation actions, and delivering accurate risk reporting to enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project risk and opportunity registers, ensuring data is accurate, current and auditable.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and risk review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop structured risk statements and support qualitative risk assessments using approved methodologies.
• Monitor risk mitigation actions, follow up with risk owners and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, heat maps and management presentations.
• Coordinate risk data collection across risk management systems and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in project support, project controls, planning, document control, junior engineering or risk management within engineering and project delivery organizations.
• Experience in oil & gas, energy, infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong written English skills and ability to prepare clear risk statements and reports.
