Risk Management Analyst

About the role

The Risk Management Analyst will oversee Technology Risk Management for stc, ensuring high performance standards, continuous improvement, and effective risk mitigation. The role serves as a centre of excellence, defining goals, providing guidance, and aligning with enterprise risk policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the unit risk champion, implementing risk and business continuity strategies in coordination with enterprise risk management.
• Identify financial, operational, technical and regulatory risks with sector stakeholders and ensure well‑defined mitigation plans are in place.
• Develop and update business continuity and risk mitigation plans, delivering periodic and ad‑hoc reports to enterprise risk management.
• Lead engagement with stakeholders to define internal control registers and report progress.
• Ensure risk frameworks and practices are applied consistently in line with the GRC framework and corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance or a related field.
• Prior experience with corporate governance, GRC, and understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
