Risk Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Risk Management Specialist to support enterprise risk initiatives and strengthen governance frameworks within a regulated environment in Saudi Arabia. The role is full‑time, hybrid and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify, assess and mitigate operational, financial and compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and document operational, financial and compliance risks across the organization.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, controls and mitigation plans.
• Support implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and policies.
• Monitor risk indicators and produce regular risk assessment dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed risk awareness into business processes.
• Assist internal audits, compliance reviews and regulatory reporting activities.
• Track remediation actions and ensure timely closure of identified risk gaps.
• Stay updated on Saudi regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
• Experience in regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and reporting abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
