Room Attendant – Saudi National (Full‑time)

About the role

The Room Attendant will ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the high standards of Raffles Makkah Palace. Reporting to the Floor Supervisor, the role involves daily cleaning, linen handling and strict adherence to safety and service policies.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, linen removal, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.
• Replenish rooms with supplies and retrieve clean linen from linen closets.
• Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning equipment.
• Update and record all cleaned rooms and return lost‑and‑found items to the Housekeeping Office.
• Follow departmental policies, service standards and safety/sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and any other items as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous guest service or housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
• Calm and courteous demeanor, focusing on guest needs at all times.
