Royal Service and Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Royal Service and Reservations Agent to be the primary point of contact for our guests in Riyadh. You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage guest reservations through multiple channels, guaranteeing accuracy and timely confirmation.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and guest information in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front‑desk and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Handle special requests and customize arrangements to meet individual guest needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage booking schedules, room availability and allocations efficiently.
• Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Process payments and transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
• Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets through effective sales techniques and compliance with hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, reservations or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with multitasking capability.
• Problem‑solving mindset and calm handling of challenging situations.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine commitment to service excellence.
• Professional demeanor, teamwork orientation and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied hours as required.
