RSNF Education & Training Specialist

About the role

The RSNF Education & Training Specialist will join the RSNF Training Department in Riyadh to design, develop, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance organizational performance. This on‑site role focuses on aligning training initiatives with strategic objectives and ensuring compliance with RSNF policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the RSNF Training Department’s administrative processes by coordinating with relevant departments to enable training operations.
• Analyze RSNF educational needs, create prioritized training matrices and draft plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs, including curricula, materials, and learning guides, using approved methodologies.
• Develop quality standards, assessment tools and evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support on training policies, manuals and compliance monitoring, and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) with 0‑2 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Saudi national with a minimum of four years direct military experience in the relevant functional area, or ten years combined military and civilian experience.
• Professional knowledge of RSNF Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures and techniques.
