Safety and Security Manager (Pre-opening)

About the role

As the Safety and Security Manager for the pre‑opening phase of Hilton Dammam Airport, you will lead the creation and implementation of security and safety programs that protect guests, employees, and property. You will work closely with hotel leadership to embed a culture of safety throughout the new property.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor a high‑performing security team, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
• Develop and enforce security protocols that comply with local regulations and Hilton brand standards.
• Oversee daily security patrols, identify risks, and implement proactive safety measures.
• Support investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Manage on‑site emergency responses, including fire, medical incidents and safety hazards, coordinating with relevant teams.
• Serve as liaison with local, state and federal law‑enforcement agencies on security matters.
• Maintain accurate security reports, incident records and compliance documentation.
• Assist hotel operations as part of the leadership team, stepping in as duty manager when needed.
