About the role
The Safety Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards while promoting a strong safety culture across all project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations and safety manuals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training compliance records.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Technology or any relevant field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in GCC countries within high‑rise and hotel construction projects.
