Sales Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial team. In this position you will acquire new restaurant partners, nurture strong business relationships, and drive growth for our platform while delivering an exceptional partner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners, including local chains, independent restaurants, and cloud kitchens.
• Research prospects and build a pipeline through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Maintain prospect activity records using CRM tools.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrate platform value to restaurant owners and managers.
• Promote solutions such as increased visibility, delivery support, and marketing opportunities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, onboarding fees, and promotional packages.
• Guide partners through onboarding, including contract signing, menu digitisation, and platform setup.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and train partners on platform features.
• Build long‑term relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, adjust strategies, and report results to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the food‑delivery or restaurant sector.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
