Sales Account Manager

About the role

The company, a leading international wellness, fitness and technology business, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join its commercial team in Saudi Arabia. The role combines new business development with account management, focusing on solution‑based sales across the fitness, hospitality, residential and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market penetration.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution‑based consultations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
• Maintain CRM systems and sales activity reporting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing account development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience managing solution‑based or consultative sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and develop new business.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
