Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive the execution of the sales plan for home‑appliance products across the Saudi market, ensuring targets are met and customer needs are satisfied. The role involves close monitoring of market trends, competitor activity, and inventory to capture sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and implement sales procedures to meet customer demand.
• Prepare and analyse monthly sell‑out reports to track performance against goals and competitors.
• Monitor market changes and competitor actions, reporting insights to management for corrective actions.
• Coordinate price adjustments with the manager to stay competitive.
• Track product inventory to ensure timely customer supply and seize sales opportunities.
• Oversee after‑sales service queries, ensuring timely resolution and communication with all parties.
• Provide weekly sales reports and recommendations to the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience selling home appliances, preferably in mass‑retail and independent channels.
• Proven track record as a Consumer Appliances/Electronics Account Manager.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer experience.
