Sales Account Manager – Private Sector

About the role

The Sales Account Manager – Private Sector will be based in Riyadh and work full‑time on‑site. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with private‑sector clients, understanding their communication and technology needs, and delivering tailored solutions from Repeater Technologies’ portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing private‑sector accounts while prospecting new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop tailored proposals and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations, demos and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support, follow‑up and maintain long‑term partnerships.
• Track sales activities, keep accurate CRM records and contribute to sales forecasts and market insights.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management experience with private‑sector client portfolios.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead‑generation and prospecting skills, identifying new business opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in technology or telecommunications B2B sales.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
