Sales Administrative Officer

About the role

The Sales Administrative Officer will support Almarai’s growth by managing sales and distribution activities for the company’s product portfolio within the assigned administrative area. This role ensures compliance with sales ethics and contributes to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize sales and distribution processes for all Almarai products in the designated area.
• Maintain accurate sales records and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and report insights to management.
• Uphold company standards of sales ethics and customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma in Commerce or Finance.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
