Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Saudi Arabia. In this position you will support daily store operations, help customers find the right products, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate product information and deliver excellent after‑sales support.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, keep shelves fully stocked and well‑organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment; electronics retail experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic computer proficiency.
