About the role
The Sales Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities and efficient operations across the Saudi market.
Key responsibilities
- Update sales sheets and enter forecasts in Logix and Power BI.
- Prepare and track expense reports, purchase requests and agent stock reports.
- Coordinate logistics for sales‑team trips, including travel, accommodation and HCP travel.
- Manage distribution and stock of promotional materials.
- Book and organise meetings, ensuring venue, equipment and attendee communication.
Required profile
- Saudi national in line with SFDA regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of experience as a sales or administrative assistant.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Power BI.
- Logix forecasting system.
- BEX reporting tool.
