Sales Associate – Retail & Hospitality (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this position you will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and help create a welcoming shopping environment across our food & beverage, hospitality and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
