About the role
As a Sales Coordinator for BYD within Al-Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the heart of the electric‑vehicle transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will turn digital leads into satisfied owners by managing vehicle deliveries, documentation, and the showroom experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, ensuring cleaning, servicing, and accessory fitting meet customer specifications.
- Prepare complete registration documentation (insurance, number plates, VCC, invoicing, sales letters, gate passes) for a seamless sales process.
- Work with drivers to keep demo cars clean, fueled, and ready for test drives.
- Perform physical and system inventory checks each day and communicate stock levels to BSM and SE teams.
- Maintain vehicle displays according to brand standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the KSA, preferably automotive; EV or luxury brand exposure is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow‑up.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required.
- Tech‑savvy with experience using sales systems and digital sales platforms.
- Valid KSA driver’s licence.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and focused on customer success and sustainable innovation.
