Sales Coordinator – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont the Red Sea is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support its sales team at the new luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role will act as the backbone of sales operations, ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and events.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales data.
• Process client inquiries, reservations, and orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and organize sales proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Manage client communications via email, phone, and in‑person, ensuring courteous responses.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate logistics for client events, site visits, and promotional activities.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments such as operations, marketing, and finance.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales records.
• Support the sales team with research, competitive analysis, and market information.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and represent the organization with professionalism.
• Preferred experience in hospitality, luxury resort, or tourism.
• Preferred experience in event coordination or meeting planning.
• Preferred multilingual capabilities (Arabic, French, or other languages).
