Sales Development Representative – Arabic & English (Remote)

About the role

InputKit is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who can speak Arabic and English fluently. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them discover how our SaaS solutions improve employee and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calls and outreach to generate new leads.
• Research and qualify prospects using LinkedIn, CRM platforms and prospecting databases.
• Book discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Follow up on webinars, trade shows and marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or prospecting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, organized and comfortable handling rejection.
• Motivated by targets and eager to grow in a B2B SaaS environment.
