Sales Development Representative

About the role

Mnzil is a fast‑growing prop‑tech company reshaping workforce housing and real‑estate services across Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, turning conversations into qualified opportunities that fuel the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Stay informed on Mnzil’s offerings and the real‑estate/workforce‑housing market in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Fluent in Arabic with English proficiency.
