Sales Development Representative (SDR) Internship

About the role

FirstPass AI Saudi is launching its AI‑powered hiring platform in the Saudi market and seeks an ambitious Sales Development Representative Intern. You will work on the front‑end of the B2B sales funnel, gaining hands‑on experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting and pipeline building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation & research: identify target companies and decision‑makers (CHROs, HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition) and keep prospect data up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Outbound prospecting: run LinkedIn, email and phone campaigns, personalize outreach and test messaging to drive engagement.
• Qualification & meeting generation: engage prospects, qualify based on pain, need and timing, and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Pipeline & CRM management: track prospects through each funnel stage, maintain clear next‑action notes and support weekly pipeline reviews.

Required profile

• Current university student, co‑op candidate or recent graduate interested in sales, technology or startups.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English and confidence contacting senior decision‑makers.
• Organized, disciplined with follow‑ups and eager to learn from rejection.

Required skills

• Research and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, email, phone).
• CRM usage and data management.
