About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established technology distributor in Saudi Arabia to find a dynamic Sales Director. This senior leadership role will drive commercial growth across the Kingdom, overseeing a high‑performing sales team and shaping the market strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall sales strategy for the region.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 6+ years of senior sales leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or integration environments.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and managing large accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and P&L management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of technology products, solutions, and market landscape.
