Sales Engineer / Business Developer – Key Account (ARAMCO)

About the role

This position combines sales engineering and business development to manage the ARAMCO key account in Khobar. You will be responsible for driving OPEX and CAPEX sales in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors while ensuring client satisfaction and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets for the ARAMCO key account.
• Arrange and lead sales and business development meetings with ARAMCO stakeholders.
• Identify new prospective markets and initiate the sales pipeline after client visits.
• Prepare proposals, review and sign purchase orders when required.
• Track, assess, and report BV's market share with ARAMCO.
• Develop and maintain a market‑intelligence database and mapping of end‑users and ARAMCO facilities.
• Secure pre‑qualifications, approvals, and registrations needed for BV’s profile.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and authorization requirements.
• Research, develop, and execute strategies to uncover market opportunities.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and act on the results.
• Support ARAMCO’s sales and marketing initiatives and follow bid‑approval processes.
• Maintain data integrity and a healthy pipeline using Salesforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, M&S, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key‑account management within oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of TIC services.
• Familiarity with BV’s services and applicable contractual terms.
