Sales & Estimation Engineer – Interior Design & Fit-Out

About the role

La Vida Casa is seeking a Sales & Estimation Engineer to manage client inquiries from the initial contact through the pre‑contract stage, handling site visits, concept development, estimation and proposal preparation for interior design and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients and project sites to understand requirements.
• Take site measurements and collect technical information.
• Prepare mood boards and concept presentations.
• Review drawings and specifications.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates and pricing.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate until contracting stage.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in interior fit‑out, estimation or contracting, preferably in Saudi market.
• Knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, materials and fit‑out pricing.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Based in Riyadh (preferred).
