Sales Executive - Calibration Equipment & Services

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the growth of calibration equipment and services across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with industrial and oil & gas clients in Dammam, Khobar, and Riyadh, promoting a portfolio that includes calibration, instrumentation, and electrical testing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients for calibration services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Promote and sell calibration, instrumentation, electrical testing, and related technical services.
• Conduct client visits to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable calibration solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from inquiry through quotation, order, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain an updated client database, sales pipeline, revenue reports, and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in calibration sales within the Saudi market.
• Current location or proven market experience in Dammam, Khobar, or Riyadh.
• Experience dealing with industrial clients, preferably in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
