Sales Executive – Events & Exhibitions

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales activities for events and exhibitions, handling outbound calls, lead generation, and customer relations. You will communicate with clients, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to support sales initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to targeted data and generate leads.
• Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value.
• Collaborate with local and regional societies and media partners to increase event visibility.
• Process registration data, verify with project leads and maintain event databases.
• Maintain and update event social media platforms with weekly flyers, promotions and program highlights.
• Coordinate email and SMS campaigns for conferences and exhibitions, ensuring timely reminders.
• Provide regular progress reports on delegate sales and maintain accurate daily activity records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of telesales experience with proven lead generation and customer relations skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Strong follow‑up, time‑management and ability to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
