Sales Executive FS – Taif

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and grow our Food Service (FS) customer base in Taif. You will represent MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, ensuring product availability and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective FS customers, ensuring high service standards.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field activities, leads, and referrals, and follow up to drive business growth.
• Promote and sell MBRF products, providing appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor customer collections, coordinate with relevant teams on outstanding payments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc sales reports with accurate data.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Sales Excellence teams for smooth execution.
• Support special sales initiatives to improve stock movement and achieve targets.
• Adhere to HSE, food safety, quality and safe‑working procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser.
• Fluent Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, customer‑focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (basic proficiency).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (advantageous).
