Sales Executive – Generator Rental

About the role
AQ Energy is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand its generator and temporary power rental business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts and driving profitable rental contracts across key sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new rental business for diesel generators and associated power equipment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.
- Build relationships with procurement, operations and project decision‑makers.
- Generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close rental contracts.
- Achieve agreed revenue, gross‑profit and fleet‑utilization targets.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years' experience in generator, temporary power or equipment rental sales.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and an existing customer network.
- Strong business‑development, negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical understanding of generators/power equipment preferred.
- Engineering Diploma/Degree preferred.
- Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
