Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive works in a fast‑paced airport retail environment, delivering excellent customer service while promoting a range of products. The role requires flexibility to cover rotating and night shifts and ensures the store meets high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and suggest suitable alternatives.
• Provide accurate product information and basic support.
• Maintain visual merchandising and shelf presentation standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Follow company policies, security, and airport regulations.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, travel retail, or other high‑volume environments.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for customer service.
• Outgoing, positive personality with strong customer engagement.
• High standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Eligibility for an airport security pass and a municipality food‑handling license.
• Must not be currently studying.
