Sales Executive

About the role

Foodics is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth by selling its SaaS restaurant management platform to new and existing partners. The role focuses on expanding international reach and collaborating with digital third‑party integration apps.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns, networking events and convert demo sessions into confirmed sales.
• Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, both new and existing.
• Use CRM systems to track sales activities, follow up on projects and report performance.
• Leverage data and CRM insights to optimise sales strategies and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software or SaaS (fresh graduates with strong SaaS interest considered).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, personal car and willingness to conduct fieldwork.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
• Data‑driven approach to inform sales strategies.
• Ability to build a sales pipeline at least four times the monthly quota.
