Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships and closing sales. The role is full-time, based in Riyadh, on a one-shift basis. It calls for a clear understanding of customer needs, the ability to present tailored solutions and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking and outreach; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; schedule and run meetings, calls and presentations with prospects.
• Sales and revenue generation: promote and sell products and services to new and existing customers; meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines; deliver product presentations and demonstrations; prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Client relationship management: build long-term client relationships, provide post-sales support and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Market research and reporting: monitor market trends, competitors and customer preferences, gather feedback and give regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques and CRM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software applications.
