Sales Executive – SaaS POS for Coffee Shops

About the role

Qahwa is building an AI‑powered operating system for modern coffee shops, unifying point‑of‑sale, inventory, accounting and reporting. We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys relationship building and is passionate about helping coffee shops succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in coffee shops.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals and networking.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and sales activity logs.
• Provide feedback on product usage and prospect interactions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors and industry developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in SaaS, POS or F&B technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, organized and highly driven to succeed.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
