Sales Finance Manager

About the role

Şölen is seeking a high‑caliber Sales Finance Manager to serve as the strategic financial backbone for its Saudi Arabia market. The role combines commercial finance expertise with partnership responsibilities across multiple distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate all commercial investments, trade agreements, listing fees and promotions across modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, e‑commerce and Horeca, ensuring compliance with approval mechanisms and budget limits.
• Review invoice backups, debit notes and execution proofs; conduct monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations with the distributor’s finance team and manage the Gross‑to‑Net (G2N) bridge.
• Own P&L tracking at channel and key‑account level, analyse margin variations and advise the regional sales team on optimal budget and resource allocation.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and S&OP forecasting processes in close collaboration with regional sales managers and distributor teams.
• Monitor the distributor’s financial health, optimise collection cycles and manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to protect company assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial/Management Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of solid experience in commercial finance, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
