Sales Key Account Manager

About the role

BRKZ, a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Sales Key Account Manager to drive growth in the construction materials market. You will build relationships with key decision‑makers, generate leads, and close deals to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Generate and qualify leads through online channels, networking and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and collection milestones.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or a related industry.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
