Sales Key Manager – Northern Region

About the role

BRKZ is a fast‑growing construction‑tech startup in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Key Manager will lead sales initiatives across the northern region, building high‑impact teams, driving new business and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement region‑specific sales strategies, targets and KPI tracking.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities among contractors, wholesalers and distributors.
• Educate clients on imported materials, market trends, lead times and financing benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads through online channels, networking and referrals.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to adjust tactics.
• Address complex client issues and foster long‑term relationships.
• Travel frequently across the region to meet clients and visit job sites.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials or related industry.
• Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
